They look after you as if you were visiting royalty, with beautifully maintained vehicles, truly multilingual drivers who have all the local knowledge you would ever need, and the cost is very reasonable.

We were visiting Singapore from a cruise ship, and had only a few short hours to see this wonderful place. We put ourselves in the hands of Richard, our guide, who greeted us with our name on a sign, and whisked us off to see the sights. He took time to find out our particular interests, and matched the tour accordingly. We were only sad that we did not have more time, and vowed to return. When we do, we will be using this company for all our transfers, tours, and anything else we need!

It was so good we felt as if we were saying goodbye to dear friends.

Dear William,

We were in Singapore March 9th aboard the Diamond Princess and opted to tour with you rather than utilize the shore excursions offered by Princess.

We were very happy with your services. Our guide, Mr. Gui was very knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. He customized the tour to meet our needs. Our van was roomy, air conditioned and well maintained.

The cost of the tour for the four of us for four hours was less than we would have paid on the Princess shore excursion aboard a big bus with lots of passengers. As a result we were very pleased to receive all the personal attention without the extra cost.

Despite the fact we were a little late getting into to town from the ship, we were not charged for extra time Mr. Gui waited for our arrival.

Thanks for a wonderful tour of Singapore as well as your being a very considerate person. The time spent with you was delightful and you provided much more information than I would have received on the typical ship’s tour had I taken it; however, I especially want to thank you for your consideration in returning the binoculars I left in your car during our tour with you in May 2009, while taking the cruise from Bangkok to Alaska. It is very difficult to find a reputable and honest tour guide from halfway across the world using the internet and I’m glad I found you. Please feel free to distribute my comments and the following story to any prospective guests and they may e-mail me personally in Arizona with any questions:

“During our tour of Singapore I had left my binoculars in William’s cab. I did not realize that fact until I was on the ship the next day. I immediately e-mailed William and asked him to check his cab. He did so and e-mailed me on the ship that he had my binoculars and said that he would send the binoculars back to me upon my completion of the trip. I received the binoculars and wanted to send him a reward in addition to a refund of the postage paid. He said that was not necessary.”
